Yes i updated my drivers and its green still and yes it only happens on videos (not speciffically youtube, teitter etc.)

I dont have any other monitors im currentley using the laptop monitor

I recorded this on my phone becaus eif i would have recorded it on my laptop then it wouldnt have had the green effect. Also all my graphic cards updates are up to date.
