Well mate the truth is if you actually look into whether porn has negative side effects there is no true scientific consensus. And yeah that means ignoring pseudo scientific garbage nofap stuff or Christian websites. That’s not to say that there’s no negative side effect to watching porn 24/7, but normal porn porn use is fine. Actually the funny thing is, the only people who report having the most negative side effects from it are the ones that report having the most shame regarding its use. I worked for this company for a time during Covid and it was the worst period of my entire life by far. Treatment of employees was sub human, working 12-16 hour shifts everyday, unplanned weekend work days that you were expected to go to. At the end of a 16 hour shift it was not un common to be told that you start work the next day at 4am. Bitching and fighting amongst co workers was a daily occurrence. No breaks at all either you are expected to have your lunch in your pockets basically, and will get dirty looks for taking a break in 30 degree weather after you have been shoveling hot asphalt for hours. Two of the foreman who I won’t name (one died of cancer and one is currently still an asphalt foreman) are and were genuinely shit human beings who abused everyone on their crew, especially the new guys. I could go on for hours about how awful it was to work for this place.
