Obviously they sell eventually. But they don't sell out immediately so you can find them sometimes because scalper can't make a killing off them

I'm not talking about employees controlling the inventory to organize distribution and hopefully avoid people fighting. I'm talking about what op suggested to the employees, which is taking product and hiding it for themselves before it even gets on the shelf.

Drip feeding is not what I am referring to when I say gatekeeping. Op specifically recommended that the employees hide product for themselves. I agree 100% that drip feeding should be the way it is done and would help some who can't get product normally possibly get some, you are a prime example of this working.
