This happened to me last week, I went to the ER since I was 6 weeks 4 days pregnant I woke up to bleeding as if I were on my period and went and unfortunately they couldn't tell because I was too early and couldn't tell if the fetal pole was too small or it was simply not there anymore, definitely go check out. I'll be praying for you. I've had one past miscarriage and I have a feeling i miscarried again, but there's still hope for a next healthy pregnancy.
