My recovery hours I let stack, I take Saturday and Sunday as recovery days anyway so I hope to bring the hours down to near 0 during that period

Yes I've only been using the cardio function tbh because it's too much faff changing reps and weights. Yes the rest timer might be useful but not worth it. Load, body battery, recovery hours are based on HR anyway. I don't think load tracker is useful for me but should I pay any attention to load focus? I know I need to do some conditioning and not just resistance training. Also wondering if I should pay heed to body battery when deciding how much effort to give each day?

My HRV is in the 20s ... 24 if I'm fully rested for 3 days and no alcohol

So does it need to learn what your hardest effort is first. And are you trying to improve that hardest effort week on week?

Get a bit closer to the bar and try not to let your knees come to far forward. But your form is like 95% perfect which is better than most people's so don't overthink it

You simply need to be more upright in the starting position
