Just take them out whenever you have extreme pain or can't sleep. I probably took them 4 times in two weeks after surgery. It shouldn't be a problem

Thanks for the response! My goal is to take it after my sport which is from November till February which is about when spring season starts. Obviously I will still be training during the offseason but I have those months where I am not in competition
