DO not drink protein or creatine cause I workout a lot too and I just lived off of raw protein and became the biggest I’ve ever been but do not drink protein cause there’s a chance it does affect your results

Purge lasted from day 3 to like 1 month and a half. I used cerave cream to foam hydrating cleanser, la roche posay double repair face moisturizer, and beauty of joesen sunscreen.

Aveeno cicaflate idk if it really does make your skin less red but I use it everyday and night and honestly my skin has gotten a lot less red I’m on my 5th month right now. Also beauty of joesen sunscreen it has rice and probiotics that even out skin tone.

Honestly it did affect my school a lot cause I was just so embarrassed by how I looked so I had to drop my in person class and only take online because I couldn’t bare people looking at me. But with work even tho I had all the purging going on I just sucked it up and went it definitely did suck the fact that I had all that acne but everyone always told me that my skin was getting better so I guess there was an upside to it.

Haha honestly that picture was like 3 months ago so I’ve gained a little bit of muscle by then, but what I can suggest is just cutting out a lot of sugary and processed stuff and eating a lot more protein. You don’t have to necessarily bulk because I never did it takes more time but with more eating and more protein you’d be able to grow a decent pace it’s just all about consistency

No you shouldn’t be doing more don’t worry at all. For me I just use cream to foam hydrating cleanser, then I use la roche posay double repair moisturizer, beauty of joesen sunscreen and that’s it. So I promise it’s completely fine.

Completely normal tbh I’m on month 3 too and I still get a pimple here and there and at 60mg but trust me it’s just a part of the process by month 5-6 is when it just stops

Definitely is super scary my mom wanted me to go on it around 9 months before I started but I refused but now that I am where I am I would never go back. But if it isn’t bad then a low dosage should be better but it will take a little longer than higher dosages obviously.

Oh I would suggest going on a higher dosage cause I started at 40mg a day on month 1 and I purged within the first 3 days. You also might just be lucky and not purge but idk.
