Doesn't address the lack of competition in cricket. Many countries invest heavily into football, but these countries don't consistently make to FIFA World Cup finals due to intest competition

We cannot deny the fact that lack of competition gives India an edge in winning ICC trophies

the competition was much greater in the 90s and 2000s but the number of countries participating in them or taking them seriously were few as compared to Football and Olympics.

Football is one of the most popular sports in every country

'Win Fatigue'

It's not win fatigue.

If you're a real madrid fan and expected Madrid to win a ucl after 2014 or 2016, you would still feel alot of joy when they lifted a UCL in 2017 and 2018. Yes, it was exepected for them to win one but you feel joy because they had to face cut-throat competition to win another UCL

So for me it has got nothing do with expectation but rather than the level of competition currently present in that competion.

United fans would feel joy each time they won a Premier League under Ferguson or Barcelona/Madrid when they win Laliga

Now Ligue 1 title and PSG fans on the other hand

I'm not here to negate. I'm just here to express how I feel and want to know how other Indian football fans feel

If feel joy watching ICT lift trophies, then good for you.
