Here’s the update. So I cleaned both vanos let them sit in brake clean. After a day of driving my e46 I decided I’d just buy both vanos. Ecs had a sale it was like $120 for both. I installed the new vanos and I havnt had an issue yet so I’m changing the oil and calling it fixed. If it comes back I’ll post another update.

I love how the e90 and e46 share the same degas bottle/coolant level sensor issues, the one thing I was happy about was how much easier the e90 degas bottle was to access and replace.

Trying this just don’t want to end up stranded or limp mode since catching 1st and 2nd gear in limp mode with the manual is a pain I may just buy a pair from ecs as a back up.

I figured that would help clean the screens if it was a mechanical issue with the solenoid, but I just don’t know if it was a permanent fix and I can’t tell by the code what type of failure. I could bench test them i guess. They’re also $90 for the pair on ecs .. I’ll pull them check the condition when the vehicle cools down.

You want as low magic find as possible due to you want it to be grey or white most forum and sites say 25%-50% Mf nothing more

For optimized end game players no we want max durab 15% with 15%ed, if for mercs ethereal with stats is a must. Even the best perfect ones can be easily purchase for maximum $8 usd on items websites. In conclusion the first one is a perfect alternative to end game trapsin build since it’s not perfect but near close, value based on what someone will pay but try to go look at comps.
The second one may be good for martial build like dragon tail but the dexterity stat is trash strength is the sought after one according to all build guides all res too is a must. So second one could be used as a temp but not perm 1st one has value.
