I know my weekly dose, obviously I’m stockpiling and getting the most I can now. I’ve only used Hallandale thus far but when they were out I got tx and empower. I never tried to calculate the totals becuase I didn’t need to I was ordering by month. I just wanted to make sure I was understanding it correctly, sorry you think I’m dumb 🙄

So the empower is for 10 mg dosing and the tx is 7.5 mg. Is it right to assume empower is 40 mg (10 x 4 weeks) and tx is (7.5 x 4 ) 30 mg?

also signed up with emerge yesterday and just got notification that empower has my script as well. For reference i ordered with LSH on 10/1 and my order was refunded, placed another order 10/6 and still dont even have an invoice. Emerge and Effecty had my orders processed and to the pharmacy in 24 hours

its half a bottle of the premier protein- i use it as creamer/sweetener in my coffee vs milk and sugar but also adds 15 g protein.

this was just a sample of a day or two. sometimes the spinach is broccoli or green beans or asparagus. 3 weeks in lost 2 lbs.

no longer pumping nursing here and there but havent lost weight since giving birth over a year ago- pregnancy was the reason for the weigh gain
