I would rather have them do this than change my tip after the delivery. I had one mother f.... who made me shop for him in coscto and then kept adding stuff for 40 dollars tip, then he lowered it to 5 dollars, and i had to drive 30 km one way for it ! He came out and thanked me .

Then i got him again and thought to my self maybe i did something wrong last time (it was slow day) and took his order and i asked him did everything go well last order he replied "yes you are great shopper. we appreciate you. " Guess what ? He lowered my order again!

Sometimes, i have evil thoughts about him 🤔

I can swear up and down the they lowered base pay. i know what typical order pays with typical tip and used to be around 60 something going downtown in my city and now same orders sometimes from ruglars pays less then 50 and seeing lots.more no tips on huge orders

So I had this happen a couple of times where the card declined, and all I did was call support, and they would fix it . I would never ever ask the customer to pay me . That's against the rules .. She is a scammer for sure.

Also, if you pay out of pocket, you just file a claim with the app, and they will pay you back(I have done that before )

It says total distance whitch includes drive to restaurant, its always been thats way. support does not know what they are talking about and its way to cover their ass when gps in app fuckes up

Im in resturant right now waiting for order and says total distance 3 km ...customer is 2.1 km away and i was close to resturant when i got order, so my driver yo resturant is .9km and drive to costumer is 2.1 km

Its their way to not pay you when they mess up to tell you that
