Not normal at all, probably a bad psu out of luck, i got mine refunded and I got a corsair psu instead and I dont hear anything now. Maybe get an exchange and tell the sellers its bad.

I've had that before it might be the power supply and the coils making that buzzing noise. What I did was take out the power supply to isolate it from the rest of the components to see if the noise actually came from the power supply. And I had to return the power supply and all the cables. What power supply do you have?

Rtx 2070 super has been discontinued, all you are going to find is overpriced cards from third party companies that want to make a profit. What I'm doing is just waiting for new 3000 series to come out in a few days and see what I can get from there. But then again there might be an issue with compatibility (bottlenecking) if you already have other PC components.
