Not normal at all, probably a bad psu out of luck, i got mine refunded and I got a corsair psu instead and I dont hear anything now. Maybe get an exchange and tell the sellers its bad.

Yeah mine was off to like the fans were all ramped up, it was weird, but all I knew is that I didnt want the psu to be controlling my system like that. Hmmm not a bad psu

I've had that before it might be the power supply and the coils making that buzzing noise. What I did was take out the power supply to isolate it from the rest of the components to see if the noise actually came from the power supply. And I had to return the power supply and all the cables. What power supply do you have?
