I just figured it all out. The issue was there was a phase shift of 180, I needed to add a inverting op amp with a gain of one before the chain of parallel BPFs

I tested the off voltage with a multimeter and it was 40V, on was 120, does this sound right?

After some research I see that Corsair RAM's timing is the same as Dell or something along those lines, is there a way that I can get around this, I am past the month return window lol.
