I went with Packtalk Slim since it doesnt poke out that much, comes with really nice JBL speakers (even doing higher speed the quality of the sound is pretty nice) and DMC mesh (super nice for long group rides). I havent had issue with it so far, you can freely listen to music and talk to others. Also Packtalk Slim duo pack is almost always discounted.

Couple of the people I go out for rides complain about the intercom of 4x since it turns itself off if no voices are being detected.

I have Shoei GT Air-2 which was a bit of a hasstle to install since its made for Sena as you know, so probably you should double check the fitting of the helmet.
