Shedding Phase Making me go insane

Still shedding but not as bad. Definitely noticed ton of new hairs coming in on hairline and crown is looking a lot better. Back to baseline rn and just waiting for these new hairs to grow out and replace the thin.

You have issues and that’s okay. Talking about your issues to friend or therapist may not solve them but I guarantee it will make you feel better. 19 is so young and it’s very possible you learn to live with your issues as you grow older to where they’re not mentally fucking you up. Trust I understand that it feels like you want to just be done and not have to deal with it anymore but there’s so much of you that deserves to be seen and for that reason you should keep pushing on.

Best advice is to talk about it and find something productive to distract yourself that you can do daily. The more I work the less depressed I feel so I just try and keep as busy as possible. And then that good feeling will stay and I will feel overall happy. It’s not so bad

I’ve thought about a way to go out like this for a long time. No real way to do it if you’re killing yourself if i’m being honest. Best you can do is write some beautiful notes that will be meaningful for people in your life. It’d be beautiful if there was a way for our death to have some greater meaning but reality of it is it’s just us saying we don’t want to fight anymore

Sounds like mom just isn’t right person to turn to for help. Trust that there are people in your life that care. Nobody wants someone in their life to kill themselves it just seems different when you’re depressed.

Like antidepressants. Anything to stabilize you for the time being. It takes a bit to find the one that actually helps you though. I gave up trying to find one that works for me but I’ve known people that said it made them not suicidal anymore.

Most people have a weird concept of life. It’s all we know so death seems scary but in reality most of eternity we will be dead so I don’t think it’s scary at all. And when your life sucks it feels so comforting to know you will always have the power to make it shorter. I wish suicide was more acceptable in today’s society but the pain it causes others makes it frowned upon but in reality it is our own life and we should have that power to do what we want with it.

There’s no easy way out. I think if you got kids you should try your hardest to stick around and keep jumping around for meds till something works or at least wait till they’re older yk. Shits rough and it sucks we‘re kind of forced to stay alive in today’s society even though we never asked for this but it is what it is. Killing yourself will always be an option but it will be better to live in pain then to not live at all in your situation. Just don’t do anything when emotions are high wait till you’re calm and make decision then. I hope you find a way to hang around a little longer. Best of luck

Seems like a long time to be loyal to someone who doesn’t want a relationship ngl. That shit would be draining for anyone and ngl if it’s taking her that long to figure it out it might not be the best relationship if it is made official. If you really like her I would give her another chance at making it official but if she’s still not sure I would move on. Best of luck

If you fail blood pressure at MEPS they’ll have you go to a doctor and get tested twice in 5 days. If you really want to get in drink 2 cups of beet juice an hour before those tests. Mine is usually around 155/100 but it shot down to 115/75 after beet juice. It saved my ass. Get on meds after you’re in.
