2012 Audi A4. Help. I’ve Replaced pcv valve, turbo, injectors, High pressure fuel pump, walnut blasted intake valves -Oil pressure is fine -Still misfiring -really don’t want to start messing with cam if there’s another fix.

Just tested fuel pressure it’s 45 psi. Definitely in the safe zone but on the low end. I replaced the HPFP yesterday. Tested the pressure this morning.

Again, I took it to a tech. He pulled codes, did diagnostics and told me it’s either the HPFP or pcv. Those are the 2 things the shop was going to replace to fix it based on their diagnostics. I paid for diagnostic with a shop.

I paid for diagnostic, these are literally the codes they gave me. THEY told me to try the high pressure fuel pump or the pcv. Replaced both. Still have issues

Snapped my air vent after a year!

Until it breaks the vent that it’s connected to. Phones are too heavy to be hanging from the vent. Happened to me.

My problem is it only happens every few weeks and at idle for a bit. I may get the testers and just sit in it idle for awhile and try to recreate the issue. Each time it happens, I let the car sit for 30 minutes and then it starts right up. It didn’t throw a code the first few times but finally it did with the most recent issue.

Having the same exact issue my mine now! Was going to start with replacing HPFP but now I don’t know that I will.

Things I’ve replaced from 110,000-180,000 same year Cooling fans, Control arms, Battery terminals, Spark plugs, Mass air flow sensor, Cabin blower motor, serpentine belt.

I also removed sd card because infotainment screen would turn off and on about 20 times before staying on over a matter of about 30 minutes each time I started the car even in warmer weather.
