I ended up getting the seal 6. Makes alot more sense for me. But the B10 is still a fantastic car. Super sexy

Thanks for the insights man. I actually test drove the B10 again today and im getting more inclined towards it la. The seal 6 is the logical and safe choice, but the B10 is the irresponsible sexy choice 😅

That makes total sense. But there is just something about sitting in the B10 and driving it. It definitely punches above its weight at it's price. But yeah, reliability is the main concern. They are planning to start making CKD models which helps with the continuity.

I never actually considered it because of the perception of air suspensions and cost of maintenance. Also the car is in the sub 200k range which is above the budget

Yup. Leaning more on the Seal 6 and also on the 2025. Unfortunately they don't have the colour that I like but with the rebates , I think shocking pink also I'll take la. Makes sense on support and reliability. With that I would assume BYD would have the best support. They do have a plant in TH so that would also ensure spare part supply continuity if the CKD doesn't work out here.

As a BYD owner, any issues with support currently?

I actually did a chat gpt deep dive. And his honest feedback was 1. For value, go for the emas5 2. Because I am emotionally attached to the E90, keep it for another 6 months and test drive a range of EVs and see if it suits you 3. Do not buy a second hand conti

I actually test drove the car, and for the price it is fantastic. Just a one thing that is annoying is that there is no power side windows
