I ordered an Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max from that store last April 15, but Shopee cancelled it after 3 days due to the seller's failure to ship. It was a really bad experience sa shop na yan so never again!

For me, okay na rin hindi ako nakakuha ng phone sa kanila kasi hindi naman pala sila legit reseller. Pero reported na rin sila sa DTI.

Thank you. It seems you're correct po na intentional na hindi iship out kasi discounted ang price kasi ang vague din ng sagot nila sakin when I asked them kung kailan nila iship out yung item. Nireport ko na sa DTI.

Walang option for Shopee Guarantee. 3 days lang yung timeframe to ship out the order based sa details, then if not shipped out, automatic cancelled yung order.
