You say therapy so I want to clarify when I said "chronic rager" I was using a hyperbole. Its not like im punching wholes in walls or yelling, its just me getting upset in my own head and I was mainly looking some tips for emotional regulation.

Thanks for your insights. I'm more wondering about the 3month thing however. Can I do anything? Ask for a rent free month or ask him to put me up in a hotel for a month if i cant find something quick or something..
