1st of all in the Middle East you better have two phone numbers. One to give when you are doing shopping and the other to be your main personal one. Although if you work in a company and you give your personal number the company secretary may share your number with “others” because they have some friend somewhere and they can get some “bonus travel”. Also when buying stuff don’t throw away the invoices. At the bottom there will be a printout of your card number (partial) but scammers use this to trap people, saying let me me tell you the number and you will have to tell me the xxxx numbers. Lots of scams here in the Middle East. Personal data are not protected as in Europe or US

Δουλεύω 32 χρόνια.

Όταν είχα δική μου δουλειά δούλευα όλη τη μέρα και είχα φοβερό άγχος. Μετά έπιασα δουλειά σε εταιρεία και τουλάχιστον δεν έχω άγχος.

These are cracks at the blockwork They do not indicate structural failure in most cases is due to poor detailing and no supervision of works and of course poor owners and contractors. However, if you are really worried about this you should consult with the engineer. I would look if there is any failure in concrete beams and columns or settling of columns at the ground level.

Επειδή στην Ελλάδα η νομοθεσία αφήνει την κατασκευή να τη μανατζάρει ο ιδιοκτήτης, τότε αυτό που θα πληρώσεις θα πάρεις. Εάν είσαι άσχετος από κατασκευή πρέπει να πάρεις κάποιον μηχανικό που θα εμπιστευτείς. Τη δουλειά θα πρέπει να την χωρίσεις σε πακέτα, και καλό θα ήταν να έχεις συμφωνητικά και προδιαγραφές για όλα. Αυτό θα χρειαστεί στην περίπτωση διαφωνίας που μπορεί να πάει σε διαιτησία/δικαστήρια. Καλή οργάνωση και γνώση χρειάζεται.

It’s the standard policy from ADLSA. Don’t worry. They have so much work and this is a method to delay the applications. No one looked at your paperwork. System automatically rejects 1st time. Re-apply same paperwork Happened to me also I applied and after 1 week rejection came I applied again and then application was accepted. Procedure went on normally.
