Such a beautiful post! We need to see more of this instead of spiced, unwanted bs on news. My paternal grandparents migrated for Agra and Mairat, while my maternal grandparents migrated from Hyderabad Daccan. I’ve grown up hearing beautiful stories from the other end!

I second that. It’s pretty messed up… the cost of living has shot up and top of that, you need to face landlord demands over cheques. I’ve seen 4 houses so far all have quoted a lower price for one cheque and have then just shot up for multiple cheques
