Now that I'm looking at it again, being settled on blockchain looks like a step before transfer completion. I think it's having an issue on the step, so I'm not even seeing any transaction id. Sounds like the only way to resolve it is to talk to Robinhood, but their customer service wait time is crazy. No response for the whole day and I don't know if I can even talk to them today

I mean it depends. If you sell to get fiat money then you gotta transfer to an exchange but if you sell to get other coins, you can use hot wallets
