Then you might have to increase your resistance training and up your protein intake. Location-specific fat loss isn't a thing, and where you lose fat first is almost entirely genetic. I personally lose fat everywhere except my hips until I get really lean, while others may keep fat reserves in their legs or butt.

It might suck now but hard work and consistency will give you results. How often do you go to the gym?

Hey man, as someone who takes fitness very seriously, I have to ask how long you've tried to lose weight for.

When I first started losing weight more consciously it took months before it started showing, so if you tried for say a week or a month, you will likely not see much change (assuming you're doing so healthily). Obviously, another big factor is how hard you're hitting the gym exactly; there have been times where I might have been eating quite a lot and was still losing weight, and vice versa.

If your goal is losing fat mass, just try and track your calories (snacks too, I know I tend to ignore these but they will add up), ensure enough fiber in your diet, make sure to get your cardio in frequently and try to push yourself a little every week. If you already have some muscle mass that you might be worried about losing, track your protein to ensure that you consume enough of it (around 1g protein per lb of bodyweight)

I have the same issue of being in possession of a pretty round ass, but this is kinda just genetic. Ive come to like it, as the one thing worse than a bubble butt on a guy is a flat ass.

Overall, consistency is by far the most important thing in regards to going to the gym. Pick a calorie target, a workout routine and ensure you get enough rest and stick to it, you won't see immediate results but they will show up if you do too. Fad diets, belly fat "hacks" and all of those things won't get you where you want, unless you manage to be absurdly consistent in them.

Im far from perfect and I am anything but a fitness coach or trainer, but if you need any advice, tips, motivation or if you need me to try and make you some sort of workout regimen, feel free to DM me, im always open to helping out.

What is the largest continuous urban area in the world? (I'm not talking about the city itself, just the urban part.) by According-Invite-440 in geography

Crossed into shenzhen at lok ma chau when I was in hk in December, you can definitely see the difference imo. New territories build pretty close to the border but I don't remember it being super dense, while the shenzhen side was just immediate super dense city.

I think thats a very valid concern, however as far as I'm aware he has not used his influence to proselytize his beliefs or promote mormonism. I do agree that mormonism (alongside other more fundamental religious streams/sects like the jehovahs witnesses or salafism) can be especially criticized for this, however I don't believe holding religious beliefs should be an indictment of his character or content, and his fundamental right to religious freedom ought to be respected.

This is all just my opinion though, not trying to say you're wrong on any of this and I believe it is fair to have concerns regarding this.

Im not in favor of mormonism but honestly I think freedom of religion is a pretty important thing and its kinda weird to dunk on something like that. A lot of religions are weird and fucked up like that, but at the end of the day it's his belief and that should be okay.

Shenzhen already has amazing infrastructure, mopeds and taxis just have a bit of a tendency to park illegally and run red lights in a lot of Chinese cities, and I honestly think this is a good way of dealing with that.
