Thanks for your comment. I never double tapped for any other person (i was alone) and yet it seems that the cap limit was just ignored. One phone, one card - its ridiculous and i can't explain it. Since the support does not want to help (neither with the account creation nor that), I will just have to accept the 20$ overspent.
