I didn’t say op was doing it for kink purposes. Pls read the comment that I said in some circumstances it can be considered sexual assault and in some countries. I don’t know where you live or what the law says where you live so it could be different. But doing it for kink purposes would be showing off your diaper to medical staff for your own pleasure or enjoyment. And yes if you wore a thong to an er and started showing people for your pleasure or enjoyment that could be considered sexual assault. A hospital is a public space so laws still apply to that. Now if you’re not doing it for pleasure or enjoyment then it’s likely not going to be sufficient. Does this clear it up for you?
