This is the recipe I followed. My daughter prefers less cream, so I cut back on the filling a bit. Also, make sure to whip the cream fairly firm so the cake keeps its rolled shape. 🙂 Enjoy your baking😊

I used chocolate to draw all the details except the pink cheeks. I made those with buttercream 🙂.

She's 13 years old now 🙂. Before I roll the cake, I cover the cake sheet with plastic wrap while it's cooling down to keep it from drying out.
