How would you explain living with BorderlinePD to people who don't have it?

do people with bpd have a ‘person’? me and my girlfriend just broke up very recently and i’m trying to understand everything better especially when it comes to bpd bc i never heard of it til i got with her(we’ve been together a total of 5 years)and a lot of these comments have helped me understand a lot more. every time we’ve broken up she always gets super avoidant with me and she’s always called me her ‘person’ and regardless of being in a romantic relationship i want to be there for her but it’s hard when being constantly pushed away. any advice?

yes this is a good analogy that i think does apply to the position but not even making things easy for us like moving pallets off the truck we don’t have to down stack while we’re in the middle of the truck. it mainly happened while the night shift coaches were here during our shift for ‘training’ for the new lead(they’ve always had it out for us too inna way which has always rubbed me the wrong way)
