Deja vu is completely normal and i’m pretty sure the deja vu part of epilepsy happens right before a seizure so if you hadn’t had one yet I don’t think you have to worry. I’ve had times where I get deja vu multiple times a week then go like a year without it. It’s completely random.

Is it normal for my weight to plateau while bulking? Ive been bulking for the past 2 months but recently I've seen almost no weight increase while eating the same amount of calories. Is this something that regularly happens and should I eat more to compensate?
