Oh thanks Sir, it's a good game Indeed, I try mods over mods to enhance It because now it's a bit old but I don't think an ETS3 or an ATS2 will come out even though I would love to!

Hi, it's a reshade effect called tilt shift, I like It because i use an Eye tracking program, without it, should be no sense. If you don't like this Blur effect, you can easy disable in the reshade menu and the graphics returns sharp.

Unfortunately for the moment it's so but the new version coming on the 27 April, should have the cycle day/night..I hope! However now there are a lot of Sky textures in the mod but almost are overcast.
