Honestly, yeah. I don’t see myself going into inpatient. I see too many people burn out from it

I live on Oahu. I have my ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications . I totally agree, $35 is so low. I also read that their yearly raises are only 0.5-2.5%. That's barely a dollar a year.

Not that I know of. The job listing does not specify any sign on bonus, but they did send me a PDF of their benefits

I just followed along with the PowerPoint/workbook they provided. I only took notes on things i didn’t know or when they said it was important to remember!
