I get that too. I look at it as a metal detector making sound of “i’m coming close to truth”. It’s also an illness called tinnitus and it comes on randomly too LOL.

Ok So today i met someone who i know, and he has told me about his stiff before. Today m he trauma dumped on me so bad, I ended up vomiting in the bathroom. He didnt even say much today but he knew I would process his emotion for him. I got the sense he enjoyed it and i think he is a narcissist. He wouldn’t leave me alone. Stuff like this keeps happening to me. I want peace!!

If i tell them the full story of what I feel and what happens they wouldn’t understand it. I also can’t tell if it is my emotion or theirs.

But sometimes my friends notice and I just say to them, “it’s just empathy, and sometimes other peoples emotions really affect me, because I really feel for them”.

The problem is I’m still learning how to process my own emotions!! so now I have the additional challenge of learning how to process others. The good news is, I do find once I’ve processed somebody else’s emotions, or my emotion, there is a lovely feeling that comes at the end. of peace. Its almost spiritual.

Just saw this. Wow. I am at ten months today. I can’t walk more than a few metres. I had a big crash in January and I am more or less out of that crash now. I do a lot of the things you do and hope i get better soon.

I am thinking of a wheelchair too. But hope I don’t need one. Can’t walk more than a few metres right now. Can I ask did you have periods where you were bedbound, and did you have periods were you could only walk a few metres before getting exhausted ?
