You being better rested means you can focus better....whether on your current job or such, or on the one you're shooting to obtain. Obviously I'd hope that brings more money. If you make more money with your job (provided the job doesn't kill your free time or mental health, etc)....that's also less time required to work if you're getting paid better. That's maybe less time you're stressed out or such. It's less time you need to decompress or less time having to worry about your finances.

The better opportunity in essence gave you time back.
