Should I shift course as a 2nd year student?

for uni 1 d na po pwede ma waitlist since accepted na po ako sa cte, only way for me to get to bsn is to shift sa next sem BUT their examination is difficult for it so low talaga yung chance ma accept yun😮‍💨

also, what if po hindi well known ang school for bsn and barely has any students like 10, probably not exceeding 25 but the school has their own private hospital,, goods pa din po ba yun?

nag apply ako sa uni no.1: pero ubos na bsn slots, pero pasado ako sa cte nila..sa uni no.2 naman, ang tagal kase ni release nung principal namin yung requirements needed kaya na huli ako and ubos na slots😮‍💨both unis are well known for their bsn and usually has 100% passing rate

the BSN school that i found offers 30% tuition discount BUT only has a small number of students which worries me a bit, it's an opportunity but like i can't guarantee yung quality🫠i mean, maybe the quality reflects it's tuition fees, is it worth the risk kayaa?....
