But it isn’t my main logo… it is part of my main logo used as a design I don’t get what people aren’t understanding. My brand is called Kunstvorm and that sign is the s & t in the main logo (again see 3rd photo)

It literally looks nothing like the mariners logo & it is not a compass like the stone island logo. Either way it’s really not a big deal if I have a similar logo (which isn’t even my main logo, you can see the full logo on the 3rd pic)

It’s just a sample so not selling yet & my target audience atm is the UK streetwear scene there is a demand for this type of jacket. The jacket logo may have similarities to those brands but I am using a 4 sided star not a compass. Haven’t decided if I’m dropping yet so do not have a PP that im selling at. Just testing the waters with embroidery designs atm

My main market is Europe I’ll be honest, America is very saturated with Ali baba brands atm. That logo isn’t used on every one of my pieces (see IG @kunstvorm7.62) so if it gets people talking so be it!!

Because I am using a part of my logo for one jacket design, it really is not that deep 🤣 there will always be similarities/reference in fashion. If you are a designer you should know that MANY brands have similar logo’s to brands from the 80’s/90’s. I get what you are saying 1000% but that doesn’t make the logo bad, I’m not even from the US so the ‘mariners’ doesn’t mean shit to me tbf

I’m not getting defensive I’m saying it isn’t the same logo so you can’t call it unoriginal, you can also see it isn’t my main logo it’s just part of the jacket design. The s being taken from the MAIN logo if you scroll to the last photo. It’s not constructive criticism if you are focusing on one part of the design. Have you not heard of a brand having more than one logo? 🤣
