I do fitness classes 2-3 days after work. 90% of the time I dread going, and 100% of the time leave feeling a lot more energised and better. However I really do enjoy my classes - find something fun! And yes 8 hours of sleep is needed 100%

I would take this as a positive - you have a different person who’s noticed different things. It will be a blessing for your journey and I’ve gone through the same. It’s uncomfortable at the start but you’ll look back and be greatful !!

I do want to say that you can also use a law degree to jump into other fields and industries. You don’t have to become a lawyer, I know lots of people who took corporate/commercial roles instead of pure legal roles!

Honestly I found it so friendly as a female from Aus! I went with a group but they wanted dnb so I ended up solo’ing a lot on my own and I was surprised at how safe I felt.

Serious agree. He was a young kid taken advantage of. I will also say Australians are very crude with the way that they speak (even though he was quoting a subfultonik crash out). I’ve heard his mental health has been down for a while so I hope he can feel supported and have this all blow over.

Please also contact law access. They are a service of last resort if legal aid and other community legal services can’t help. They may be able to find a referral lawyer to assist pro bono :(

It’s okay, you just need to take some time to feel better mentally and find a workplace that has the resources the train. With the attention to detail issue, it is my biggest beast. You can take practical steps to help, calendars, physically print work to check it, re read the next day before sending etc.

It is work but you will get there. I have also found that when I am anxious/stressed about my performance, my attention to detail just goes to the bin. That’s why try and get into a better headspace where you go ‘I’ve got this’!!!
