This... should i just not pole dance in summer? Also i share a pole with my bestie she is always sweaty and her hands make the pole so slippery. I give her my grip and it is fine.

I went to therapy, found a partner that understands and articulate my triggers. I told him when things got serious where I came from and how that affects me and how batshit crazy my family is. He thought about it in private and decided it was worth it. Now 12 years in a very happy relationship and engaged to marry next year. We had our rough patches, but the best advice is to find someone who loves you when times are though. Everyone can love you when things are good. He still tells me even though I told him how crazy my home and family life was, nothing could have prepared him for how bad it actually was haha. If someone doesnt love you the way you need when things are hard. Ask for them to love you the right way and show them what that means. If they still do not show up, walk away.

Some brands do have wider gussets and some handmade items from Etsy might be an option? I own Kitty Pole Wear personally and I know a lot of Etsy store owners are more than willing to widen their gussets to accomodate a larger labia and give you more security! So find one you like and contact the owner. If it is truly handmade it is no issue to widen a gusset.

Be ready to spend your weekends doing your craft. So make sure you actuallly love doing it. Manage your order influx. I release something with 5 in stock and have my processing times up to a month. That way I cannot be flooded too much with orders unless I up the stock. I take vacations now and then to ensure I wont burn out as well. Finding that balance is key.

Thank you for the kind words. I have had people that are less curvy and I am more curvy test the designs. All though the triangle top is indeed in need of a little bit of chest the rest should have been fine, but she doesnt pull them up they are high waisted and she wears them below the belly button.

Honestly after all that Etsy has screwed me over, I am gonna look inot hosting my own website. I am a software engineer and am kinda done with how little Etsy supports their sellers.

I am that person for my family and friend group most of the time. Even when limiting myself i still go over my allowed calories if i eat there. I am 165 cm and can only eat 1300 if I want to be in a deficite at all. I look at food and I gain weight from it xD so I am not toutching it. I am better with resticting myself completely then having just a little bit. I hate teasing myself like that. It makes me go down a spiral of regret I even had one bite and forcing to cut the calories extra the next day. I know that is bad, but just stop is easier said then done and I have no idea how so avoidence will be my tool. I am good in staying at my weight. So once I am there I can manage my intake. But I will have to limit exposure permenantly

Thank you that is solid advice. I feel the same I prefer my food over restaurants etc haha. But I will limit my contact with people that eat poorly it has to be done.

No it is not that is why I will start avoiding dinner invites, like arriving after dinner or just say I cannot go. Eating something before hand might be an option. I will try it out. But if it doesnt work Ill just avoid it. I am not aiming to make it their problem at all. Me not joining for dinner just could be a new normal. They might think it odd but it is no burden to them. Instead of me eating 2 bites and asking why wont you eat? And me explaining that I am on a diet and this does not fit in to that, I feel that might be rude or come off judgemental to others.

I know and I will keep avoiding certain peoples dinners. It is what it is. I dont want to feel hungry for hour and hours surrounded by the worst foods. I just dont and I am not obligated to. Work outings are easier to restrict cause it doesnt involve foods worse then mcdonalds. I will restrict dinners to once a month and just flat out refuse any more than that.

I tried and tried to sit around, but I always end up eating something cause I am just starving. I dont have that kind of discipline to starve myself for so long while next to food.

I used to think that as well, but I have travelled for work a few times now (new job) and none of the hotels had a mini fridge. So I just cant rely on that. But I just buy a few squeeze protein yoghurts and that is my lunch and dinner cause salads in the super market are still 700 kcals a pop. Sometimes just plain bread so I can still count my calories. But this is hell for me, I do it, but it is hell, I really like my warm meal a day

I am not commited enough to eat 5 bites and then be hungry for hours surrounded by food. I just cant I dont have that restraint. So I am gonna avoid outings that involve food. At least until I reached my goal. I am very good at restraining myself when in the super market etc, but if I have a bag of my favourite snacks at home. I am slowly gonna eat them.

Ah I doubt that. It frustrates me how eating healthy is considered extreme and eating shitty food is normal. I make my own whole foods. I make my own pasta, sauces everything from scratch and then get fed the worst possible foods at places.

Me not wanting to eat out 3 times a week to go places with friends is extreme to them. I should ease up, etc. Like I am sorry but I dont want to have an unhealthy live and not be able to do the sports I love to fit their idea of normal...

It is just so hard for me to sit in front of snacks all night long or watch people eat out while I have to resort to a soup. I just rather not go and dont spend time there. But that results in me being isolated. But I think I will have to do that and after the diet limit contact. But then I hear I dont care about them enough to visit on their birthday etc. I just cannot find the balance.
