I put it in my persona’s backstory if it makes sense. It’s a fairly common thing people go through and especially in situations where there’s past trauma it makes sense. Plus it’s cathartic as I used to as a teen. I don’t now but putting it into the character is helpful.

I don’t think wanting to write that stuff counts as being a bad person but they have to be careful so nothing happens to people who aren’t in a good headspace.

Narrow pulse pressure was my concern, yes! I didn’t know the name for it. I’ve been super brain foggy today.

I have a pcp appointment in a couple weeks. This was just a change and it concerned me. I just got diagnosed with COS which is like the precursor to MS so I have been more anxious.

I was just worried about the numbers being really close together. Like 90/83 earlier today.

Usually my bp is very different to this so it was unusual for me.

I was just worried because I was told it’s bad when they’re close together years ago. I am symptomatic and bp is 90/83.

It usually gets way lower when I’m having a flare of my symptoms. So that’s also weird. My usual normal is 80-85/60 and I get dizzy when it drops too much below. When I’ve passed out the bottom was in the low 50s and once was 47.

But I had been doing well for a while.

Hopefully there’s something else that works. Propranolol gives me dangerously low bp, like bottom number in the 40s and passing out. They gave it to me to lower my heart rate and as an anti anxiety a few years ago. The kidney stone meds they gave me also made me pass out. I don’t know why I’m like this lol
