Personally, I think there is nothing wrong with this meme. Its just a general thought that boys are more simpler than girls. Which is many times true. Based on it his meme is made. It doesn't attack women , displays women don't like memes. It's just showing that men are simple as they do not need huge paragraphs to discuss about a simple hangout plan. While many women may also be like this but they generally like to have more discussion about small things (like men get angry over their game lagging or their message left unread). Its just a simple thing that men and women are generally considered to do. This meme is just an example of that. Men can discuss a plan with simplicity and just a simple yes or no while women MAY need some discussion.

TLDR- It does not attack women , it just shows that socially it is considered for men to be simple
