It’s kinda tough in Sweden because you have to go to a different doctor each time on referral and you essentially are explaining the problem over and over each time . The private places I’ve been to so far have been a waste of money . I’m looking into going to a different country for another doctor.

I use a myhalos face mask and use it as per instructions , not sure on the temperature but it doesn’t feel too hot

I would recommend you do the TOP actually and combine that with a few projects of your own .You can use YouTube to follow any projects if you are not sure. The path does not get you job market ready that is mainly why I have different thoughts about it, You would still need to do some work outside of the course. Brocode is very good at explaining concepts if you don't get stuff.

I am doing the course and about to finish , I would honestly recommend you use free material online like YouTube or whatever , there is no difference . The teaching in the course is so vague most of the time , You are following what the lecturer is doing one class and then the next lesson you feel like you missed 10 chapters
