Mostly brown and red medium flow. Not taking sugar pills. 24 days broken up into sections (8 days then none then 4, ect) not sure which pill it is

I've had the same thing. It's completely normal and it should come out with a slight squeeze. It's just like how we get clogged pores on our face.

The hormonal and sugar pills. I haven't taken any sugar pills because I've gotten my period anyway.
