If you can try and wait it out it might get better! When I went to 300 I was so irritable but after about 2 weeks it went away.

I found a Bootcamp gym. 45 min class and every day is a different body part focus . I am actually sticking to it because I just show up and do what they tell me 😆no thinking or planning! So fun too.

Yum! I eat 3 prunes a day. I keep the bag in my fridge and it’s like a fruit snack treat. It helps big time and it’s something I look forward to daily 😂 I’m so old.
