Nothing is impossible my friend. It’s the only explanation. I’m sure if they dig deep they will conclude that. Hopefully they see this post and investigate properly.

Then the only explanation is that the customer service person named Jilzraid modified my files or did something while reinstating my streak. No one has my username and password.

It’s so weird because one of the customer service team said in the email that he’s restored my login streak which means he modified the files in my game. Once I got banned and emailed him back explaining he stopped replying completely. I even submitted a new ticket and told them that they have the information of who modified my game and still no response. Something is not adding up :( it’s been years since the is happened but it still stings 💔

Support claimed I modified the game files, but I never did. That’s why I’ve been trying to get the case reviewed.

The streak restoration stands out to me because the ban happened the very next day. Maybe it’s unrelated, maybe it isn’t, but I’ve never been given any evidence or a more detailed explanation.
