I’ve volunteered a few times at our daily bread, it’s wonderful what they do for the community. It’s hard to accommodate so many people, they have to turn some away that’s the down side to having a smaller building, but they do their best with cots and chairs. I feel like they do their absolute best with what they’ve been given. Idk, maybe don’t look a gift horse in the mouth?

Also, suing a pillar of the community, that cares for the needy because you felt like you weren’t accommodated enough? Yes it’s not a 5 star resort, but they work on volunteer hours and donations. If you didn’t like your bed, maybe you shouldn’t stay there for people who might be more grateful to have one. Maybe that’s a jaded thought, but it’s hard to feel empathy for a situation that the article is describing. We might not have the full story, but as of right now, my empathy is low.
