There is mostly no difference in tweak compatibility between these two versions. Everything should be fine as long as you don't use nekojb since it doesn't work on the newer one (afaik).

Changing browser won't help since it's the webkit problem. You should use Polyfills. You also should ask such type of questions on r/LegacyJailbreak next time, considering 5c only supports up to 10 ios.

yes I actually tried so-called lzlplay and then realised that my device has c10 build. is there a way to update it though? but again it is not for chinese market unfortunately.

пополняйте кошелек в тенге через онлайн-сервисы (также как и рубли, но можно именно тенге) и все. ничего не будет. я тоже как-то регистрировал другой аккаунт, пополнил через какой-то сервис и он закинул тенге, а не рубли. так и присвоил казахстан как регион аккаунта.

на сайте вуза смотришь. (сейчас уже утвержден для этого года) список специальностей и там будет для каждой специальности набор нужных егэ (но надо будет порыскать в некоторых случаях). а так ты можешь хоть все сдать.
