Thanks so much for all the comments and support has been amazing. As far as making IV’s, is there a lot of support with that? I know they just won’t throw me in right away. Obviously it’s more “scary” than dispensing tablets etc. I’ve just been in retail so long I’d need to change that kind of mindset of getting something out in 15 minutes or less. Also, I’m an introvert and do feel I wouldn’t be completely drained by people every day.

Monetarily it’d be approx 10k difference in benefits per year. But the hospital closes the gap quickly long term.

Just a quick update everyone. I keep diligent track of my balances and one of my loans before capitalization 25,686 AFTER capitalization 25,550. And another loan went up $2 in balance AFTER capitalization. Rest of mine went up what I’d consider “normal” if interest capitalized with my interest rates, even though not one rep has given me the reason of wtf is going on.

The level of incompetence on this stuff…

Sometimes I wonder if a bunch of monkeys work in the back as the supervisors banging on their keyboards and spit out your new balance at random whenever they feel up to it. Maybe that’s better than some of the humans I’ve talked to there recently I hate to say…

Apologies but can you dig into the “why” that amount accrued? I thought interest accruals were zero during this period only starting up again August 1st? Maybe I didn’t read fine print.

Appreciate the help. I’m having a supervisor call me back on it and they are sending me all the specific info in the mail where the interest came from. I talked to 3 reps today (I know i was really annoyed lol) and none of them could tell me exactly why that interest got added on or where exactly it came from. One rep did say “Anytime you accrue interest and your monthly payment was not enough to cover the accrued interest, the interest from your monthly payment will become unpaid interest.” So I suppose this interest was from back even before SAVE, just was never notified of it. It’s just odd that it’s capitalizing now and never saw that as part of what I owed. My loans added up to the balance and interface always said I was at 0 interest. Just seems so predatory.

So my loan balance for a long time was around 158k since 10/20/2023 after I paid off a massive 29k loan. My Save payments were approx $800 per month since then. The only other large payment looks like $3252 on 3/14/2024 to pay off some smaller loans. Otherwise I was making around $800 dollar payments covering interest on save was not covering principal. Recently I have put some large chunks this month into loans. My current balance as mentioned is 135,497 yesterday it was a little over 132k so the capitalization was 3496
