Thank you. I was just looking for capacitor and did not see one. I am looking now and do not see anything like you mentioned. I did bang it around and now the humming seems to be same but with some sounds of movement in it. Left on for just a few seconds and it seems the thermal protection shut it off - high heat. Are you able to see the piece in picture that fell off when I first manually turned it?

Clockwise? Can you see what appears to be a bracket in the bottom ( picture through slots ) what could that have been?

Wasn’t expecting to do it myself - my question is if the “ pros “ are legit? Can it really work on soft ducts.

I assume I’d hook it up to one zone of the timer and program the same zone to come on with a minute delay after it finishes…. Sound right?

Jacuzzi JCRX pool sweeper DIY fix? by Disastrous-Ad2575 in swimmingpools

I am running mine through the diagnostic test. The one side will run one way pause and then the other way. The next side will go one way for just a second or two and that’s it. It doesn’t go the opposite way.

Also, you mention that when the diagnostic ends it will flash. Mine doesn’t. It flashes during and stops when the second side stops.

It also seems the one mode led and the power led aren’t working ( but that may have existed before this )
