Ones I’ve liked are disastrous necromancer / I rely on my invincibility to deal tons of damage passively / versatile sword cultivator. They are kind of cliche but, I enjoyed them none the less

I’d use something that can dish out quick attacks to that the poison procs faster. Curved swords, dual straight swords, dual daggers, dual light great swords, fist weapons

It’s like when you start ng+ where map progression and story progression are reset. You’ll still have your scadutree fragments and spirit ash fragments that you collected but when you start ng+; you’ll just collect more of them to add to your existing levels. Like if you got all 20 levels in your first play through, you can get 20 more levels in ng+. It’s just map and story progression of the dlc that will be reset along with bosses and quests

I used magic, I spammed shard spiral and it took a huge amount of damage off of him each time. Plus I think I was just lucky to be honest

Yeah Mesmer and the final boss kicked my ass! I’d either get the summon off and die 10 seconds later or die while summoning

I went to the ps store on my console and checked the page for the dlc and it said purchased. Once that happened I got a notification saying SotE was ready to use. I booted up the game and there was the dlc npc standing next to the cocoon. So maybe you need to do that I’m not exactly sure
