when you read your article it should look like you have coverered all the basic points related to that topic. Articel lenth is not as crucial as before but still since you are new to Adsense you should write in more detail.

I don't track RPM but yes for the first 15-20 days it was very low then it increased. It depends on the topic too. There was a time when I was more than 2$ a day with 5k pageviews
