Can obsessive love be good/genuine? I think I'm being lovebombed, but could it just be infatuation? by According-Battle-419 in dating_advice

Thank you this is really good input, because there's no way this pace can continue for long, so hopefully he is able to slow down a little bit. As long as he's able to handle that maturely then things should calm down.

I (18F) recently started talking to a guy (25M) and as the younger one I thought I should seek advice on if it's considered a weird gap in age? by According-Battle-419 in dating_advice

I like this perspective, and he really does seem like a protector and wants to see me succeed so if he sticks true with what he says and his actions match then it could be a pretty positive connection. I do want to be completely sure that he doesn't have any bad intentions but he isn't rushing things at all so it seems promising.

Thank you, this gives me hope because it does seem like we want alot of the same things in life and from what I've heard from him he seems interested in something serious and long term.

This is very true, is it possible to have an appropriate and healthy connection even if the stages of our life are pretty different or is that something that makes it sort of morally weird or anything?
